Come join us for our 2-day Virtual Hands-On Workshop on Accuracy Footprint for Realistic Simulation Outcomes on October 1 - 2, 2020 from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM.

The accuracy footprint is a concept that can be used to assess the accuracy of any sheet metal forming simulation. It offers a systematic approach to ensure consistency between simulation set up and the physical tooling and process (intent) towards realistic simulation outcomes, and also helps to identify possible mismatches.

This workshop will introduce the concept of the accuracy footprint, and the basic requirements to ensure accuracy. Participants will be taken through hands-on examples to illustrate this concept. Troubleshooting methods to identify causes for mismatch between physical panel and simulation outcomes will also studied.
