Springback II – Compensation Strategies and Robustness

This training seminar is a combined offering of Springback I & II in USA. Please also review the description of Springback I.

As different as the individual parts are within an automobile, so is their springback behavior. Which strategy for which parts results in an appropriate compensation? Is it sufficient to compensate the draw stage, or is springback significantly influenced by secondary forming operations? These questions will be covered in detail in this training.

But the best strategy is only successful if the springback is robust within predefined tolerances. Thus, the robustness analysis of springback is another main focus of this training.

Audience

This training is intended for skilled users of AutoForm-Explorer who want to optimally use the potential of the springback calculation and compensation to reduce tryout efforts to the minimum.
