In order to design, implement and drive the transformation of our Sales Operations, we are seeking a:

Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager’s main mission is – working closely with Senior VP Sales who he/she is reporting to – to support our field teams to make sure they are equipped with the right processes, culture and tools to maximize the benefit of their customer interactions.

The role is located in one of AutoForm’s European offices .


Main responsibilities:

Support field teams in leveraging marketing efforts for lead generation

  • Work closely with and report directly to Senior VP Sales on initiatives contributing to team spirit, culture and collaborations of field teams across countries.
  • Ensure, personally or through local teams, the induction program of new field sales employees.
  • In collaboration with Knowledge Management group and Marketing team, ensure the field teams have easy and timely access to sales collateral on AutoForm offerings.
  • Review and handle all non-standard software licenses requests from a commercial perspective.
  • Manage legal contract activities in coordination with AutoForm Legal Director.
  • Run regular surveys to ensure teams are well equipped to deliver company strategy.

Help build consistent global sales process

  • Analyze, identify and implement improvements to globally consistent sales processes and sales guidelines.
  • Build, implement and drive process for global accounts management, management reviews, customer intimacy documentation, sharing of best practices and market intelligence.

Manage Zoho CRM

  • Overall management of CRM system requirements, usage, data quality and implementation.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure sales teams, management, operations and other users have access to key commercial data.
  • Drive global group of key CRM to address issues and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Product Management) to design, implement and maintain extended usage of CRM tool and integration with other tools.

Data analysis

  • Collect, consolidate and analyze market information.
  • Define and provide field teams with KPIs and dashboard to monitor sales performance.
  • Monitor pipeline and forecast evolution.
  • Prepare key data and reports for Senior VP Sales and Executive Committee.

Your profile:

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor or similar) with proven experience in sales-/business- operation or project management.
  • Assertive but collaborative working style to help drive the sales pipeline and encourage best practice.
  • Understanding of CRM and Database Software.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
  • Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Motivated to succeed in a small and dynamic company environment.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing, is a must.
