Springback Compensation II – The Final Validation
In this course, the „Final validation“ method for
the precise springback calculation is introduced as basis for the
accurate springback compensation. The maximal reduction of tryout
efforts due to a reduced number of correction loops is the main
goal of the training.
The main focus of the training is on securing stability/robustness
of the springback behavior with respect to scattering of the process
parameters during series production. The calculated scattering of
springback behavior is considered for the subsequent surface
compensation. Further training topics include the compensation based
on free and clamped springback and the processing of compensation
results in CAD systems.

Audience
This training is intended for skilled users of AutoForm-Incremental
who want to optimally use the potential of the springback calculation
and compensation to reduce tryout efforts to the minimum. Springback
Compensation I is a prerequisite for participation.
