AutoForm Training Seminars:
Practical Process Planning
The main focus of this training is on the acquisition of an efficient
procedure for draw die generation using AutoForm-DieDesigner. The
optimal procedure and details with respect to particular tasks are
taught by means of examples: Among others draw die development
for multiple parts, draw die assembly with first and final draw,
restrike geometry determination including cam direction, flange
development on CAD geometries, data exchange to CATIA V5, useful
hints for the determination of the drawing direction, binder and
addendum generation, trim angle analysis, replacement of the part geometry.

Audience
This two-day training is intended for process planners and tool
designers with a basic knowledge of AutoForm-DieDesigner and AutoForm-Incremental.
Process Design I and II are prerequisites for participation.
