AutoForm Training Seminars:
Hydroforming
This course provides an introduction to rapid part modification
and tool design of tube hydroforming, using AutoForm-HydroDesigner.
Participants are introduced to the intuitive AutoForm-UserInterface,
which builds up one integrated work environment for all AutoForm
software modules.
The AutoForm-UserInterface is used to carry out feasibility analyses
and to create tool concepts, with numerous specialized and automatic
features. The course also demonstrates the transfer of tool data
from AutoForm-HydroDesigner to AutoForm-Hydro, for tryout simulation.
Here the AutoForm-UserInterface is used for preparing, performing
and evaluating multiple hydroforming simulations for typical industrial
parts. The course covers the complete hydroforming process —
prebending, preforming, annealing, hydroforming and calibration —
as well as numerous specialized and automatic features.

Audience
This 2-day course is recommended for feasibility engineers, die face engineers
and tool makers. FEA (finite element analysis) experience is not required. It
is assumed that participants have a basic knowledge of hydroforming.
