AutoForm-BlankDesigner determines the blank outline in seconds, requiring as input only the part CAD surface data.

Minimization of material usage during the die design phase
Die face engineers and tool designers also benefit from using AutoForm-BlankDesigner. They can rapidly calculate the required developed blank or the smallest sheared blank for die concepts that have been generated with AutoForm-DieDesigner.

Determination of cost-optimized sheared (trapezoidal) blanks. AutoForm-BlankDesigner determines the smallest sheared blank that can accommodate (embed) the developed blank outline.

Minimization of coil costs during the process design phase
Developed blanks established with AutoForm-BlankDesigner can be processed directly by AutoForm-Nest which calculates the best nested layout.
