COO of AutoForm to Leave the Company

AutoForm Engineering GmbH, a world leader in software solutions for sheet metal forming, is sorry to announce the immediate departure of Dr. Volker Steininger as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. CEO Dr. Waldemar Kubli will take over Dr. Steininger’s responsibilities on a temporary basis.

As a member of the Executive Board of AutoForm for several years, Dr. Steininger first in his role as General Manager of AutoForm Germany made a significant contribution to the successful branch office in Germany. From 2002, he held overall responsibility for the operational business as COO of the globally active company, in particular for the areas of Sales and Services. He is leaving AutoForm at his own request to take up a new challenge.

“AutoForm has had a successful history for many years and I am very proud to have played my part in that”, summed up Dr. Steininger.

“On behalf of the entire company, I would like to thank Dr. Steininger for his valuable contribution to the rapid development of AutoForm. We greatly regret his departure, but he leaves with our best wishes for the future”, said Dr. Waldemar Kubli, CEO of AutoForm Engineering GmbH.

Operations will continue as normal with regard to customers, partners and employees. Information will be released on a succession solution in due course.
