History

• 1989:
  Start of development of simulation software at ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich), PhD thesis of Waldemar Kubli (Founder and CEO of AutoForm)
• 1993:
  First customers in Switzerland, Germany and Italy
• 1995:
  AutoForm Switzerland established in Zurich, as spin-off from ETH Zurich
• 1996:
  AutoForm Germany established in Dortmund
• 2000:
  AutoForm USA established in Troy, Michigan
  AutoForm Spain established in Barcelona
• 2001:
  AutoForm France established in Aix-en-Provence, currently in Eguilles
• 2002:
  AutoForm Netherlands established in Krimpen a/d IJssel
• 2003:
  AutoForm Germany opened second office in Pfaffenhofen
  AutoForm Korea established in Seoul
• 2004:
  AutoForm Italy established in Moncalieri (Turin)
• 2005:
  AutoForm India established in Hyderabad
